Changing involves changing your conduct in order to match in everything, especially in businesses, business men should change their ways of business techniques to support the needs of the people. So when people needs to achieve their goals in life they must stay in the past they must move-on and find new ways, new things to do to achieve your goals in life.

Innovator

An innovator is someone who thinks helpful things that has never been existed before and that is far more better than the past gadgets. Innovators can open new areas of achievements for others, they are the dreamer of the things that are needed to be invented while the entrepreneurs are the builders of the innovator's dreams.

Manager

Manager is the one who controls and manages a business or an enterprise. An entrepreneur is a generalists thinker, he thinks everything in the business while a manager is all about business management. An entrepreneur is the owner of his own business while a manager is just an employee of an entrepreneur's business and he is paid to run the business while an entrepreneur is paid by capital gain. An entrepreneur is motivated to achieve a high need of achievement while a manager is motivated in running a business.

Intrapreneur

If an entrepreneur is someone who engaged his passions and skills into the business while intrapreneur is someone who utilizes his skills, passions and innovation to manage someone else business. An intraprenuer uses his skills and passions not to manage his own business but to help create something new in others business. Entrepreneurs has the freedom to manage or change a business plans while the intrapreneurs still needs the approval of the manager when he is going to implement or change something in a business so there might be conflicts in implementing an intrapreneur's ideas and with the business' heads, but when it comes to resources, intrapreneurs has the advantage because of the readiness of the resources in the company.

Technopreneur

An entrepreneur who is involved with high technology is called a technopreneur. A technopreneur is far more innovative and sees bigger vision, entrepreneurs are self-starter while a technopreneur can start with a team, they destroy the existing business orders but in a good and creative way, inventing new business orders that can help make the business even better.

Entrepreneur

An individual that is engaged in operating a business can be called an entrepreneur, it is ones skills and passions that leads an entrepreneur into the business, it is somewhat expressing your self into the business. Entrepreneurs has the possibility to grow their businesses even bigger because they love and know what they are doing, they have the freedom to act or to manage the business on how they wanted it to be, but somehow it will be difficult for an entrepreneur to start and change a business because of lack of funds and resources.
