If an entrepreneur is someone who engaged his passions and skills into the business while intrapreneur is someone who utilizes his skills, passions and innovation to manage someone else business. An intraprenuer uses his skills and passions not to manage his own business but to help create something new in others business. Entrepreneurs has the freedom to manage or change a business plans while the intrapreneurs still needs the approval of the manager when he is going to implement or change something in a business so there might be conflicts in implementing an intrapreneur's ideas and with the business' heads, but when it comes to resources, intrapreneurs has the advantage because of the readiness of the resources in the company.
